Evelyn’s conversion to Christ came at the age of 16. After accepting Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior, she began to use her talents and giftings for the glory of God. Evelyn felt the call of God to join Deep Waters in 2018 and took the step of faith to join as a full time member. Deep Waters has been integral to Evelyn’s growth and development in her identity in Christ and learning more about God’s unadulterated Word and how to walk as a true believer of Christ while learning about His grace, mercy and salvation freely given to us. Coming to know God, know Him intimately through the Word and prayer, while learning to apply God’s commands in her life has been a journey of healing, restoration, deliverance and seeing God’s faithfulness in the areas of reconciliation within herself, family and generations to come. Deep Water’s Godly wisdom, leadership and counsel has been at the forefront of Evelyn’s journey at Deep Waters and provides a safe space to continue her journey of growing in Christ. Through the years, seeing God’s faithfulness in Pastors Caron, in each life at Deep Waters, the impact of God’s truth and the Holy Spirit in each individual, has been a privilege to be a part of at Deep Waters. Eveyn’s most fondest memories with Deep Waters include the anniversary services, church fellowships, helping with the 1st women’s conference and seeing God’s transformative work in each life at Deep Waters, including her own. Eveyn’s passion is to see God’s kingdom come in each life and for lives to be transformed, healed and made whole by God’s Word and His Holy Spirit.
